Dear Friends,
Congratulations to Jeff Irwin on his victory in yesterday’s Democratic primary. He has been a dedicated public servant and will be an honorable steward for our shared progressive values in Lansing. I am confident he will be a representative of which Ann Arbor will be proud.

To all of you who helped over the past 10 months on my campaign, I am grateful more than you can know. You and I worked tirelessly to tell the people of Ann Arbor about our vision for Michigan: growing and diversifying our economy, protecting our environment, and investing in our most important asset - our kids.  Thank you.

This work, however, doesn’t end today. What’s at stake is too important. I am as dedicated to this vision now as I was when the campaign began, and I look forward to continuing to work with all of you in the coming years to build a more prosperous future for Michigan.
